(65 Minutes, Heated Room) "POWER HOUR" HOT YOGA is fashioned after the ORIGINAL & therapeutic HOT 26&2 YOGA series of postures, but we've consolidated it into one hour. This 65-minute class will challenge you physically and mentally. We do recommend a previous practice with our 90 minute class. You will be deeply cleansing your system as you move. Your body will grow even stronger as you release impurities and detoxify your system. This is a zesty class and a known crowd favorite.
(60 -75 Minutes, Non-Heated Room) Our restorative YIN DEEP STRETCH classes increase mobility in the tight over-used and under-used joints by applying moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Classes are taught in a non-heated room with low lights, creating a zen-like experience. The postures are more passive, on the floor, where gravity wins, teaching you to surrender and let go.

(75 Minutes, Non-Heated Room) Mellow Flow Yoga is a slow-pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening yoga movements which are performed in a non-heated room. It is a great yoga for beginners and also seasoned practitioners looking to slow down and move with awareness. Calling attention to breath will help to calm the mind, and enables the student to move deeper into the stretches. A gentle-flow yoga style helps to rid the body of stress-related angst, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul.

(75 Minutes, Non-Heated Room) Vin to Yin Yoga, also referred to as Yin Yang Yoga, is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. This is normally done with Vinyasa beginning the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
The Yin part of Vin Yin yoga is a passive and relaxing practice and includes only seated and supine poses, held between 2 and 7 mins. This type of stretching balances the nervous system, calms your body and mind and brings a sense of tranquility.

(60 Minutes, Warm Room) Strength and Conditioning is a full-body workout that incorporates elements of core conditioning, resistance training, Pilates and Barre moves. Low-to-no impact, joint-friendly exercises are paired with small range, controlled movements to tone muscles and increase strength. Instructors may use hand weights, bands, sliders, blocks and wheels in any given class. Get ready to feel the burn!

(60 - 75 Minutes, Low-Heated Room) 26+ “FLOW & GO” is an adventurous class designed to inspire and challenge yogis of all abilities. A comprehensive system of the Hatha Yoga asana practice that may include salutations, arm balances, inversions and advanced asanas. Each class is customized by Lead Teachers using Kolkata’s Classic 84 postures. It will challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and invigorated.
(60 Minutes, Moderately Heated Room) Power Vinyasa This practice is for all-levels, although best considered as an Intermediate, Level 2/3 class. Designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures and who are comfortable approaching more advanced poses. The intermediate-advanced student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement. This class is recommended for students who can comfortably hold downward-facing dog for 8-10 breaths.

Suitable for a beginner who has a consistent practice and for the seasoned practitioner. Our Teachers will offer options for those who would like to find and explore their personal edge, while simultaneously honoring students who may need more rest in child’s pose. We design our classes to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while flowing through creative movement with upbeat music.
