(60 minutes, Low Heat Room) Our restorative YIN YOGA classes increase mobility in the tight over-used and under-used joints by applying moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Classes are taught in a warm room with low lights, creating a zen-like experience. The postures are more passive, on the floor, where gravity wins, teaching you to surrender and let go.
