The Traditional 26 & 2 Series (Bikram Method) is the original, challenging, 90-minute workout that improves physical strength, flexibility and balance while enhancing mental clarity and focus. The practice is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated environment. The heat improves circulation, helps to eliminate toxins and significantly reduces the risk of injury during stretching.

This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to a yoga class. Yoga is not about how flexible you are, but about strengthening your body and spine in all directions. The room is intentionally heated to warm your muscles and allow you to work deeper and safer. The heat also helps prevent injuries and promotes sweating which flushes toxins from your body.
No matter what your level of fitness, you will find Hot Yoga very challenging. Each posture combines flexibility, strength and balance to work out your entire body - inside and out - from your bones to your skin!
